We do not take Repeat medication requests by telephone.
Repeat medication is shown on your order form. Please nominate a pharmacy to order and collect for you or bring your order form in person to the surgery. You can also set up an online account to request repeat medication. Ask the Receptionist about online services.
Special request or Acute medication. Call us and record your request or ask the receptionist about the item. You must request acute or special request medication yourself it cannot be added to your Repeat Order form.
We recommend that all patients nominate a local pharmacy to order and collect your medication.
The practice accepts repeat medication requests direct from your nominated pharmacy. You may also register for online services to manage these requests yourself.
