Repeat and special request medication
Special or acute requests: Once you have made your request please check first with your chosen pharmacy but allow 48 hours before calling them.
We do not take repeat requests by telephone.
The practice accepts repeat medication requests direct from your nominated pharmacy. You may also register for online services to manage these requests yourself.
For acute or special request medication it is necessary to contact the practice directly. We now have a line where you can request medication by recording the medication details.
For online services please contact our reception on 01236 423355 and provide us with your email address for an activation code to be sent to you.
